Riccardo’s journey began in 1986 when he joined the Italian Air Force Academy at just 18 years old, flying the iconic Starfighter F104 only 2 years later. He made history by becoming the first Italian military pilot Instructor at NATO Tactical Leadership Programme. After a stellar 34-year flying career which culminated as B777 Captain and Trainer, Riccardo transitioned to entrepreneurship. In 2019, he founded Kimar LLC, now one of the top Champagne Trading Companies in Europe.
In 2022, he ventured into logistics industry, founding CIAO Delivery Service. Riccardo’s commitment to excellence extends beyond aviation; he is a Six Sigma Black Belt, holding the highest certification in Quality and Process Improvement.
